Across much of the developing world, a silent tsunami is raging: for lack of clean water and sanitation, as many poor are dying each month as perished during the Southeast Asian tsunami of December 2004. - taken from THE SILENT TSUNAMI
As a quick background to our website, we would like to share a few basic thoughts on the issue of clean water and how to affect change in the long term.
There are 4 areas that must be constantly addressed to meet the challenge. Included are: (1) Procurement of water sources; (2) Water purification; (3) Sanitation and hygiene; (4) Improved conservation and efficient use of water resources. HWHW endeavors to partner with other companies, ministries, NGO’s, and foundations to provide solutions to these challenges with the ultimate goal of sharing God’s boundless love as the major goal.
